Well an update on things is in order:
English Camp has my office in a tizzy today. Everything is being packed up, last minutes necessities are being bought and lots of paperwork and organization. I just found out that two of my American farang friends are coming as well so this is going to a really fun trip. The sad news is one of my teachers is back in the hospital, so we are once again picking up extra work. My heart really does hurt for this woman who has been sick for most of 2 months now.
Preparations for the big (and getting bigger) farang invasion aka barbeque this weekend are also going well. All of us are eagerly counting down the days and we keep coming up with more ideas of things to do. Americans and their choices!! <--That is what my English friends love to say. Lol.
Well today after school I am getting my hair done by a ladyboy. It has gotten too long and heavy for this heat. I am excited and I know this will be another adventure. She says she will dance while she does my hair. I am only mildly terrified lol.
Another update: eating farang food now makes my stomach not happy. Not all farang food, but still.....looks like my digestive system has conformed to be Thai. Not that I don't like Thai food, but still, it makes me sad.
Well I am just sitting here eager for this week's excitement and what I know is going to be many adventures and tons of laughter. But first I have to be patient. Grrrr. Lol
