Yesterday I had my first Thai breakfast. It consisted of two small, wrinkly pickles, swiss cheese, turkey, strawberry yogurt and half of a hard boiled egg. This was an aiplane meal. Today, I had a real Thai breakfast. The hotel room here is quite decorative and nice. The beds are simple but amazing to our weary and tired bodies. I love the stone bathroom here but it is deadly. I have figured out that Thais love random steps. Let's just say I tripped my way into my hotel room and may have fallen into the tub more than once. The bubble bath I had was totally amazing though. As we drove through Chiang Mai yesterday I noticed that the city isn't as bright at night as we are used to. There are fewer lights and they give off light that is the color of light orange sherbert. Well now I am about to explore Lampang. More later!
